You can pay using any major credit card. We can also send invoices payable by bank transfer. Please contact us for any specific needs around invoicing or payment options.

You can add / remove devices anytime from the cloud portal. We only charge for maximum devices active during a month. If a device is removed in a specific month, it will not be charged from next month onwards. For annual subscriptions, we prorate the charge for newly added devices. For removed devices in annual subscription, they are offset against any added devices but otherwise there are no refund issues if the total count stays down. You can always readjust the count on the next renewal.

Our goal is to protect customers from SaaS and Internet based attacks. We take our own security very seriously and it is part of our DNA. We use technical, procedural and physical safeguards to protect integrity, access and security of your information. We also do regular backup in immutable form to prevent data loss and have a quick recovery process. We also host data in secure SOC2 certified data centers and follow all the best practices ourselves to be SOC2 compliant. We also use basic principles in all of our decision making: least privilege access, firewall for inbound and outbound connections, encryption at rest and in transit for all data, audit logging etc. We also carefully verify all third party vendors that we work with.

No. The plans show the final payment per device and sales tax is already included in that. There’s no additional sales tax.

We prefer to have customers use our SaaS portal, but we offer that only for larger enterprises who want to host it in their own datacenter or cloud environment. It comes with additional support cost as we have to manage and upgrade that deployment as needed.

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain all the features in your account till renewal date. After that, you will lose the features and all data associated with them.
